Education :-

For Area Manager :- Minimum Graduation and above

For Branch Manager :- Minimum 12th pass and above

Age :-

For AM – 18 to 33 Years

for BM – 18 to 32 Years

Experience :-

For Area Manager :- AM के लिए कम से कम 3 साल का BM and Total 5 साल माइक्रो फाइनेंस का अनुभव होना चाहिए

For Branch Manager :- BM के लिए कम से कम 2 साल का माइक्रो फाइनेंस का अनुभव होना चाहिए
